Beautiful Gardens, lovely flowers and nice and clean. Walk round or just sit and take in the surroundings and smell the flowers. Lovely on a hot day but not so much if it's cold or raining. Nice place if you want some peace and quiet.
I've always loved the rock garden as there's always something to see and a really good place to sit down and take in the pretty surrounding. It's a great place to visit with children or to sit quietly alone.
I didn't even know this existed until I walked past on my way to Langstone. It's accessed from the main promenade, with steps leading down into an intriguing series of footpaths, winding around a mix of tropical-looking plants.
