Returning to YOU massage was definitely one of my better decisions. I booked a sports massage with Kathryn and she was fantastic. I went in with tight muscles and left feeling so much better. Kathryn was confident and put me immediately at ease questioning me to find out if I had specific issues and tailoring my massage to my needs. I will be booking again.

I went for the sound bath with Jason at YOU massage. The first time I went was for a free 30 mins session, which got me hooked! I enjoyed the whole process of having Tibetan bowls, then crystal bowls bath, topping it up with a shamanic journey. It really helped loosen me up physically and emotionally. That's why I booked the full one-hour session, which is fairly priced and well worth. Will definitely go again and recommend it!

Had a deep tissue massage with hot stones with Jason. I had lots of pain and restricted movement in my hip prior to the massage. The results were brilliant. Movement significantly improved and pain so much better. And the nice thing was that it really de stressed me too. Highly recommend the treatment and Jason who took the time to really find out where I needed work as well as good advise and a good massage.

I love a good massage and this was so much better than "good"! I could see that Laura was really focussed on what she was doing - her hands are full of magic. I could have slid out under the closed door when it was over. I will go back again and I will ask for Laura when I do.
