I really appreciate your kind words in regards to how easy you found your booking experience with my company. We have been working with Dave to plan an amazing tour while we are transferred from Heathrow to Southampton. Sadly, like so many, our plans have been cancelled. However, I still wanted to leave an amazing review for Dave and his company. He offered us so many wonderful tour options, customized things for us, had wonderful pricing and made the planning process easy and seamless. We had a tour booked for September 2020. We were arriving in Southampton by cruise ship, but we were forced to cancel the cruise. I dealt with Dave B. by email from booking to cancellation. His responses were prompt. We would definitely book with them again.

I used this wonderful company last year and it was one of the best excursions I ever had with my family. Why I am reviewing them now is that I thought I would be in Southampton and going to London in May after a cruise I had booked in April. Unfortunately the coronavirus resulted in our cruise been canceled. I just want to let you know that this company was so gracious and refunded my total deposit with wishes for us to stay safe and healthy. The tour I had with them last year was excellent. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and so anxious to please us. They filled our every request and then some! I would not hesitate to use them again and I would recommend them to anybody who wants a reliable, friendly and personalized tour.…

SWTE, in the person of Dave B., was a dream to work with - easy to arrange a pickup at the Southampton port, travel to Winchester, pickup for the return to port. It was all arranged, and the cruise line cancelled the trip due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Dave was extremely understanding, refunding the prepayment immediately. When I have an opportunity to return, SWTE is definitely where I'll turn to for car hire.…
