A superb relaxing 4 hours on the Solent on a beautiful afternoon listening to Jazz and watching cruise ships depart the port. The enthusiastic volunteers need to be congratulated.

Comfortable facilities, good value refreshments, very informative commentary. Lively jazz band. Fascinating insight into our maritime history. Great views of Southampton Water, Spithead, Isle of Wight and shipping including 4 leading cruise ships.

Hello Nigel, there are a number of places where can stay which is near the ship. The nearest is the Holiday Inn which is about a 10 minute walk to the ship.

Ive only had Teas ,Coffees ,Snacks etc and they are at resonable prices.....I recommend their Bacon Roll....Ive not had a "Set Meal" or Alcohol etc ,But im sure those will be favourable.
