Spent a good couple of hours here playing on the exhibits like big kids! Particularly enjoyed the sport zone, which has lots of physical activities. The mind control station was great too - fascinating to watch your own brainwaves on the screen! Some of the activities could have benefitted from better explanations but on the whole it was well laid... More

The WSC is really fun - lots of hands on activities which suit younger and older kids. The Colon Cafe was a massive hit with my two girls. The Planetarium was spellbinding. They had to to literally kick us out at 5pm! Yes, as other reviewers have mentioned, some activities were broken or missing pieces but there was still tonnes... More

Visited with my 4 year old niece and 1 year old nephew. It's a great place to explore and learn with different things to suit different ages. Ours were a bit young for most of it but had a great day and loved the planetarium. It is very difficult to pitch for all ages but they will get more out... More

A nice informative visit and we were amazed how many new things we found out there and I can say is good for adults too, not only for pupils. Then we had a really nice coffee there and of course we couldn`t miss the little shop too.

We have taken our grand children here several time and they love it. Aged 3 they know their way around because they went a lot as two year olds. They love the soft play area downstairs and they love pulling the ropes, pushing the knobs, playing in the mirrors and making things happen. They also love running round with all... More

I took my teenage grandson who was absolutely delighted with the whole of the activities and shows. I enjoyed it too and even ate in the café. We spent nearly the whole day which means it was good value for money.

This is a fun place to take the kids, but it's also good for adults--even without kids. It's fun learning about science and there are several hands-on things to do. It's situated up on a hill, so there are some pretty views and places for a picnic as well.
