Do not miss this museum. Helpful, informative staff. Imagine a world that looks like this: real and imagined lands, strange figures that are part-human. Everything looked different circa 1300!

Excellent and well presented exhibition - but a little expensive. The detail on the map and its history are very well presented. Knowledgeable staff on hand to answer questions.

Well set out exhibition for which there is a charge. Plenty of history to soak up at your own pace. Great for a rainy day.

An absolute must see when in Hereford or nearby because these artifacts are unique. The chained library books in their ancient old oak shelves and the Mappa Mundi, the medieval map of the world are utterly entrancing. The staff are knowledgable giving plenty of information.
