We had a weekend in Herefordshire and I persuaded my husband that this museum sounded interesting - I was right, we both thoroughly enjoyed it and spent a couple of hours there and were fascinated by the displays and the history of Bulmers. The two ladies who were looking after the place were also very welcoming and made us some... More

Make sure you follow the signposts. A good visit. Not too expensive with excellent displays to explain the details of cider manufacture. There is a scandalous problem at the moment since the local Council are being awkward about granting an alcohol licence. The company are appealing and need support.

Stayed at Travelodge with work and had some spare time. Called in here as it is in the carpark of the travelodge and was pleasantly suprised. Interesting couple of hours.

This was an interesting an informative museum about the history and methodology of cider making, which in itself was good. However, when we visited they had no license and so could not sell any cider for consumption on or off the premises. This is surely just poor management. The tasting at the end of the tour was also disappointing, as... More

We were visiting Hereford & noticed the brown tourist signs for this place. Self guide museum, fascinating history of the Bulmer family & cider making process. Lovely helpful, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend & am now off to enjoy the purchase i made👍.

Was very quite the day we visited and unfortunately they didn't have a licence to be able to sell us any cider which was disappointing. Apart from that good little self guided tour so you can go at your own pace, informitive and fairly good value for what you get.

Fantastic place, we were there 2 hrs. A relative from the Bulmers family was there in the boardroom with hundreds of apples, which they are trying to save. Great tearoom, couldnt buy any cider though as they were waiting for the licence to come through. Bit dissapointing.

This museum, which is on the site of the original Bulmer's factory, is well worth a visit. After about two hours you'll know all about how cider is made. Well laid out and interesting, with a good range of ciders to buy in the shop.

We spent a very happy hour or so here yesterday whilst in Hereford. This is one of those museums you find that on the face of it look pretty basic but it was well worth a visit and I would recommend it. Very pleasant ladies working there who had a lot of knowledge and were friendly and welcoming
