A compact but perfectly formed museum. They have regular temporary exhibitions ranging from one about the local postal service to one on Kitsch. Good permanent exhibitions, including one on toothbrushes which used to be manufactured in Hertford. I loved looking at the display on 20th...More

What a lovely little Museum - great Victorian - era taxidermy- including a Platypus - through to a beautiful little courtyard garden that showcases a 1577 garden design. Clean toilets a bonus too.
