A fun time in a historic setting.
We really enjoyed the experience with our grandsons as their birthday present. The gamemaster was very good & gave clear instructions in a fun way. The setting & props are all high quality & made experience good value. The de-brief was also fun. I would recommend this escape room, (even though we just missed the time limit!).

    Ten star experience, absolutely recommend
This is THE escape room to try. The atmosphere was amazing- breaking out of actual jail cells in an actual goal tower was an incredibly realistic feeling experience. The clues were just the right amount of mysterious & difficult. The guide was so helpful, cheerful & friendly, and the staff in the pub downstairs as well.

    The Comms room
It was the first time for us doing a classic style escape room, And we didn't really know what to expect from the ww2 blitz experience. It was full on all the time, making us use our brains as well as teaching us things about what happened in ww2. It was amazing knowing that we were doing things they had to do in the war in the very same place. You have no sense of time while your locked in the room. Our gamesmaster was very good at sensing when we needed a little clue. The music definitely adds a sense of tension and urgency. Me managed to get out with 21 seconds to spare. The thing that really made our experience was the amazing customer service and knowledge we received from our games master Matt. He spent so much time talking to us after showing us around. We learnt so much. His enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you very much. We will be back to take on one of the other rooms.

    Birthday trip
Loved the games we played. Very immersive and include real life information and they are based in real life events. Our games master was super informative and full of knowledge. Looking forward to return to play the last game.

Amazing experience. Best escape room I have been to
Escape the tower was a fantastic experience for me and my partner. We did the Magna Carter game and had an absolute blast. The games where really well thought out and the game master was amazing at the role he played during it. The use of the museum made the experience all that much better. I would highly recommend anyone to come and have a great experience.

The best escape room I've done. Incredible atmosphere, great detail in all the props. Unbeatable location, breaking out of real cells. Top enthusiasm and Westgate historical knowledge from our gamesmaster, Bob. Puzzles pitched exactly right for our team (40s, 40s, 14, 12) to find challenging but not impossible.

Intense creepy music and lighting add to the ambience, and it was a little bit gory - can see why it's not for <12s. But we'll have ours out of therapy in no time, I'm sure ;)

Really great escape room! Done a few and this was definitely one of the best I've done. We did the comms room which had clues that were difficult enough to be challenging but easy enough to get and the set up and effects were great! Will definitely be going back to try the other rooms out.

This is without a doubt the best escape room I have ever done. With prices very similar to those that are a converted office block, it is a no-brainer that this escape room was the one for us. The Tower itself was a 'communications tower' in world war two and the immersive experience really felt like we had travelled back in time. With such a clever story and equipment, this was an excellent event.

A stunning setting for a well-thought-out and challenging escape room, this is an absolute can’t miss. We have done 2 of the 3 rooms here, and we will certainly be returning to do the third on our next trip to Canterbury.

Did the blitz escape room with my family for my mum's 70th. Really enjoyable time together. Clue and puzzle pacing was excellent so the game was always fun and engaging. Props and atmosphere were excellent. Loved it.

Constructive feedback: at one point we had to ask for a audio clue to be repeated three times because the atmosphere music was too loud. Just a minor tweak needed there.

Thoroughly recommend.
