We found the Gardens completely by chance and didn't realise at first that it was open to the public; however, I'm naturally nosy and walked in for a look. It's a lovely quiet place with all sorts of ancient stonework to find, beautiful flowers and...More

A lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Some benches to sit on, but area kept well and extremely clean so we just sat on the grass and enjoyed a drink in the glorious sunshine!

Effectionatly called the 'Secret Garden' by locals its not much of a secret but it certainly is a gorgeous place to have a rest or a picnic. The gardens shut in the evening though to stop the little ballbags with bad parents messing it up
