We live near Westgate and it's very nice to have a walk and relax with family,watch the ducks and their babies.Early summer the flowers are in full bloom and you just sit by the river with a coffee and cheeky sandwich and chill out.

We had good weather and it was perfect to sit by the river and eat our picnic. The gardens are beautiful. Sitting on a bench watching the boats being punted was truly relaxing .

There are about three Park and Ride parks around Canterbury and I would suggest using one of these. Canterbury is easy to walk around but not easy to park actually in the city. Using the Park and Ride solves that problem and... More
