2 reviews
As an ancient pilgrimage site and destination in Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, Canterbury is a must-see for any visitor to England–but as such, the tour crowds can be big. Swerve the hordes and discover the city at your own pace with this walking audio tour. Simply book, download, and set off on the 2-kilometer trail, passing landmarks such as St. Dunstan's Church and Canterbury Cathedral, and hear anecdotal tales and funny facts all about the historic city.

...and well worth a wander round if only to enjoy the beautifully laid out churchyard. It’s about 5 minutes wander from the Main Street, but worthy of the effort.

Situauted just along from the Castle ruins and end of city walls. It,s built in the same style as most of the churches in Canterbury. A vry pleasant church to visit.

Beatiful church with a fantastic history. A wonderful lady who was looking after the church at the time really enhanced the visit. Well worth a visit.

This church has always been a fascinating gem but more so since the work of local man Richard Ginman has added to its special features. A retired engineer, he designed and made the wonderful wrought-iron suspended ceiling lights - created in a distinctive medieval style. He designed the small wooden balustrade to one side of the chancel steps and there is one of his hand-painted icons on display. He even restored the stone cross on the roof when it was damaged by storms.
