Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It’s a shame how terrible The Terminal ended up being. They had a phenomenal location and the potential was there it was just a complete let down. Without giving anything away we got the final part and the overwhelming thought for us all was ‘oh great it goes on’.
We have now done 18 escape rooms so we aren’t newbies with unrealistic expectations we understand how these places work and have been to good bad and ugly rooms. This was the latter.
Puzzles that didn’t go anywhere, a guide essentially telling us what to do before we even had a chance to discuss (we all figured she wanted to go home), a games master with so little enthusiasm he sucked the excitement from all 6 players before we even started. There is a reason this received 1 padlock from the experts - because it’s not very good.
A+ for location...+ for potential...F for experience sadly!

Another fantastic game from Escape Plan Live.
We have been regulars at Escape Plan Live for five years now, and each of their games has been remembered for many reasons, and all of the right reasons. I always come away from a game here smiling and giggling.
Today we played classified and one of the many reasons I love Escape Plan Live are the themes of their rooms all link to the puzzles inside. Today we had some good ways to open padlocks and solve clues and some more unusual puzzles. Part of the story (and one particular puzzle) helped it to feel like a real race against the clock.
Sadly we did not make it out but we were shown and explained how to get out which is always very helpful.
Ross and Sandra's storytelling to set the scene is fantastic. They really immerse you in the experience before the game has begun.
They are also very welcoming as hosts and had us laughing from the moment we stepped through the door (of both the building and the room) as they join in with the jokes but also help to create more memories ("If only there was a teacher in the room.....")
As for what was inside the room........well I am afraid that is classified and maybe you should give it a go too ;)

A large group of us boarded the bus, 11 in total ranging from aged 60 down to 9 months (admittedly little Nico slept through much of the escape attempt!!!!)
Everybody got involved and the challenges were solved by people of all ages. There was some creative thinking, some thinking outside the box, some logical thinking and some downright ridiculous thoughts, but we solved the mystery and made our escape!
This experience was more interactive than we initially thought it would be, and there was much laughter (bordering hysteria!) at times!!!!
A great experience on a cold wet day that provided an hour of pure escapism. Can’t wait for the next room to arrive at The Fenn Bell 😁👍

We have completed two rooms, What The Dickens and The Witching Hour and thoroughly enjoyed them both. Both are incredibly atmospheric and the set design is well thought out and imaginative.
The Witching Hour was wonderfully spooky and What The Dickens was different to any other room we've done, complete with a logic problem style murder to solve.
We are looking forward to our next visit. :)

We have three kids aged between 11 and 17 and have found escape rooms great to entertain all the kids and us adults too! Having been to a few escape rooms we were looking forward to trying the Escape Plan rooms. We were not disappointed! We did the Air Raid room and it was so much fun! So much thought had gone into planning the room and so much detail was included. It was an hour escape room and we managed to get out with 3mins to spare! So perfect timing too! Everything has been thought of and we all felt so safe in terms of the corona virus. Masks were worn and sanitiser available. We will definitely be returning soon! Thanks to Ross and his team

It was our first time at Escape Plan Live; we had planned to go in March but it was postponed due to the lockdown. We were apprehensive because of COVID, but any concerns we had were immediately allayed by the measures that were in place.
We had a great time, so much so we will be back next week to try another challenge. 😊

We had a brilliant family game on the Jungle Bus - an unusual experience (even for those who have played many different escape rooms) and our games master was second to none. We brought our 6 year old with us but didn’t expect him to join in - but the praise and encouragement meant that he not only got involved but loved the experience! Next time I will have to book for five instead of four…
Having the Fenn Bell entrance tickets included with the game ticket meant that we were able to enjoy the whole afternoon.

What a FANTASTIC birthday treat for my daughter. One of the few events I’ve attended that’s actually exceeded expectations! We had a group ranging in ages from 9-65 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The host, Ross, added to the experience and goes above and beyond to accommodate all abilities & make the experience that little bit more special. Can’t wait to return! 👏🏻

Absolutely brilliant Escape Room. It was our first time and we did The Seance and it was epic. Great spirit banter and great COVID guidance in place; we all felt very safe the whole time and already planning what one to do next.

This is an excellent escape room experience which we all thoroughly enjoyed. I had a voucher which had passed its expiry date due to the lockdown but Ross was good enough to allow me to use it with three others and we had a great time. Ross was a great host from the start and the room we played 'What the Dickens' was both challenging and great fun. We needed some clues which come in the form of an electronic display and those were also very funny. I have done escape rooms in the past where the clues tend to be mundane with a feeling of the staff going through the motions a little but none of that happened here. At the end of our game (which we failed to succeed despite the extra time!), Ross entered the room to show us what missed and took the time to chat afterwards too. Its a difficult time at the moment for businesses such as this with Covid which I am well aware of with working in Operations organising international conferences and exhibitions so am in a good position to say and that coupled with the excellent experience and professional staff, are reasons you should definitely attend. Cheers Ross and I hope to be back again soon.

We did everything via email. My wife booked everything and they called her to confirm.

Yes! As long as you can still bend and walk in 4s as some rooms require small exits
