An amazingly friendly intimate little bar. I was made to me feel so welcome!
Had a couple of G&T’s upstairs then went down to the little cellar and enjoyed an evening of FREE live music & some very palatable wine.
Enjoyed it so much - went back the next afternoon - sat in the sunshine sipping the wine I discovered the night before!
Whether you live in Dover or are just visiting you really must go!
WHAT A FABULOUS FIND THIS BAR IS - Highly Recommend!

A lovely place for a nice relaxing drink , the music was not bad either , can’t wait for the summer evenings when you can also sit outside

Great music. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Went last night with friends. Talented saxophonist Mike and Dave on vibes which is always fun to watch as well as listen . Guest appearance of a young lady singer Rebecca Robinson who, who sang several numbers. Particularly loved the Ella Fitzgerald numbers. A most enjoyable evening with great company and delicious wine

Great venue . Great atmosphere. Excellent music. Excellent wine and very friendly and obliging staff. Cheese abd meat platters are delicious .

Lovely intimate venue. Great music by Roger Lewin and friends. Excellent wine. Efficient service by Sam the barman who has an excellent memory

This is a special place - a wine bar and music venue in Dover High Street. The ambiance is relaxed and friendly. There is a large selection of quality wines, beers (including 0% alcohol) and soft drinks. The staff are great! There's a mixture of music throughout the week, from accompanied singers and easy-listening but vibrant jazz. It's a cool place to be. Highly recommended.

We have been here about half dozen times with our children, friends and in the main by ourselves. This is really a welcome addition to the Dover scene needing a great wine bar with high quality individual wines many available by the glass.
Beautiful wine glasses to drink from, friendly service but the times we’ve been, there have been relatively few other clientele there which is a pity. However this is a new business start up. What needs to happen is for people who enjoy this type of establishment to get to find out about it.
Downstairs in the cellar there is an intimate live music area even though we haven’t been when music was playing live. Great background music though playing at other times.
So highly recommended. I wish this business much success as Dover needs something like this as the town centre is feeling ever so tired. Hopefully others will support it too.
