I was here for a private party although it was karaoke night and some regulars came in. Only one bar staff and the pub was filling up, poor girl was rushed off her feet, deserves a bonus! Someone else came in and helped out, but not the people who run the place! The toilets are clean but needs modernising; the... More

Two mates travelling to Somme 100 thought this might be a good pub but were seriously disappointed. Unnecessary loud music, drunken insulting clientele, basic bar facilities. The location should merit a characterful, Kent, working pub- it's nothing like that. Staff were pleasant but obviously taking whatever business they could get.

The pub was booked for a birthday party on karaoke night so, although we had a large group, there were other locals. Karaoke was great fun, staff were friendly and everyone had a great time, especially birthday boy who had to leave early! The loos need updating badly wit decent locks and plenty of loo roll.
