The building is just before the high street by the market place. The building also houses the tourist information centre with its helpful staff. Entrance is free and covers the history of Dover from the beginnings to date. Lots of exit its with an emphasis...More

Yes the wooden boat is well preserved and well explained. It was discovered nearby during excavations and is historically very important.
