Visited this hidden gem and have to say that the real ale and cider line up would satisfy any drinker. This is what we wanted, a locals bar with no music, fruit machine or sport on....simply a small bar with friendly staff and a short...More

Lovely little micropub, very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Atmosphere is warm, bubbly, and everyone very welcoming and friendly. Love the fact you choose your drink off of the chalkboard, loved you can have samples of each ale (on the off chance you don't like it),...More

This is all you want in a great pub, a range of excellent and well kept beers to enjoy and savour a friendly mine host and great conversation. No muzack, no fruit machines, no third rate food.......just good beer and chat. Love it.

Made one last visit to chat to Paul and thank him for the good times and good beer I have always had here. A quiet oasis, in an increasingly pub frenetic Ramsgate Harbour area, for good real ales where conversation can not be avoided, often...More

A nice place. Really worth a visit. Beers and wines are on a blackboard which change fairly regularly. Nice snacks which are freshly prepared. It's a small place but very friendly. Somewhere a little bit different.

Thankfully on this visit there were no children wandering about making noise. The service was great so was the ale. Good conversation . Memorabilia on the shelves , book swap shelf. We shall return.
