Was very late this morning taking my pregnant wife to work at hospital for her shift. Didn't even apologize and then started to be very rude and caused her a great deal of stress.
Disgraceful behaviour and service. See what you reply back with before taking this forward and more action against you!

When everyone else was booked up, or I simply couldn't get through on the phone, Taxi Line answered my call immediately, politely, and organised a precisely timed return journey from TWells to Groombridge. Impressed. Have already stored their number for future use.

My wife left her phone in the back of the taxi and after phoning taxi line they were so helpful in tracking down the driver, who then delivered the phone to our hotel. We thought the phone would be lost but the helpful and friendly driver saved it! Thank you very much!

I ordered 4 taxis as I was getting married in Tunbridge Wells. 1 Taxi to pick me and my best man up from our Airbnb and 3 to collect the bridal party from The Spa Hotel. My taxi arrived no issues but no taxis arrived for the bridal party.
