A word of warning. Do not buy bulk credits with this gym. If SPN decide to close without warning, as they have in Sevenoaks, they will not refund bought credits!!

Had an amazing Spin session! Brilliant sound system and pumping music.. followed by a wonderful massage! Feel very reinvigorate!

It's rare to get this level of expertise and facilities outside of London. SPN is a real gem in the fitness world - amazing spin classes in an uber cool basement and the brilliant boxing and TRX upstairs. They also offer chilled yoga and pilates. You can also shower and have smoothies after your workouts,
