We are upset to say we found this escape room a bit disappointing. We originally rang for some advice in what escape room would suit a family with some members never doing an escape room before. We were advice the bank room could be made easier to allow it to be more fun and lighthearted perfect for the family who were joining us. Well when we arrived we checked this and was then told the room would be fine as making it family friendly would be too condescending for us. I found the clues in the room minimal definitely more difficult than we were told with most clues needing to be found in a previous lock first making it limited to split up into groups or move at a quicker pace. I personally found that the room was a bit samey with looking for codes and needing one person to do lots of maths work with a calculator leaving the rest of us waiting around. I'm very sorry to say I did not find this room was value for money and found we all walked away feeling deflated and disappointed especially having done rooms with more excitement, interaction and variation. The whole experience personally felt very dull.

From the relaxed briefing to escaping with just 37 seconds to go this would take some beating as an usual way to spend a morning. So clever, your brain has to work really quickly, the odd prompt if required keeps the pace up and you can feel the race against time. Especial thanks to the young lady who oversaw it all and made it such enormous fun. We'll be doing another one before long, do try it.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. We received a very warm welcome, followed by expert guidance from Rachel. We did The Bank Job and can highly recommend it, as it can be geared up for children, teens or adults, depending on your group. Ingenious puzzles kept the boys on their toes and they were delighted with their ‘haul’. Great for team-building. Will definitely visit again.

We booked to take 32 people to escape rooms ranging from age 10 to adults. Would just like to say a huge thank you for making the visit so enjoyable. You sorted all the groups and were extremely well organised. Everyone had a great time. Can’t recommend enough.

We did The Lab. There were only 3 of us which hindered us a little. What a great experience though, this was a really well made and thought out 'room'. I'm unsure of the chaps name who works there but he's mastered his Jessy voice - a fellow Breaking Bad fan no doubt! Definitely do this!

As seasoned Escapees, we were delighted to be able to attempt our first post-lockdown room.
The venue is very COVID-19 conscious with hand sanitiser available at the entrance and numerous locations throughout and extra thought has been given to the start times to prevent you coming into contact with other players, plus the host wore a face mask and assured us that all rooms are carefully disinfected after each team and extra time is given in between games. In terms of safety and social distancing, they cannot be faulted.
In terms of the room itself, we really enjoyed it. Good puzzles that tested us as a team of two and the clues were offered appropriately when needed and we managed to get out with 6 minutes remaining with 2 clues.
We will definitely be booking again and we can not recommend the venue highly enough. The hosting was excellent - friendly and professional and Matt clearly has a genuine passion for escape rooms. The game was great and the venue is safe, so please don’t hesitate to get back to escaping in a safe environment and supporting an excellent business in these tough times.

I went here with my partner and we had a very good time.
Just to start off, the experience was amazing right from the start. I called up the day before to find out more about the place as I've never been to an escape room before. The person who took the call (sorry I cannot remember your name) was very professional and enthusiastic. Extremely helpful also.
He told me to book online, so I did. The website was easy to navigate and the booking was also easy. Also may I add, the price wasn't expensive either. It was £48 for the two of us in The Lab room.
Further on, on the day of the experience my partner and I arrived and were greeted by one of the most enthusiastic and friendly guy I have ever met. The man (sorry again I cannot remember your name) talked us both through the process and was very informative.
We then went into the experience after completing safety notes. The Lab was fantastic, I won't spoil anything here however. Whoever is reading this review will have to go and find out themselves of what The Lab is like. I have to say however, Whoever is doing the American accent is amazing and did make us both laugh. Very helpful also when we needed tips.
Unfortunately we did not manage to escape so I am writing this review still in the room... we've been here for days now, please send help.

Great to hear things we don't often hear like the website is easy to navigate and you think we are well priced! We do try and give all our customers the best time when they come play one of our rooms and i'm thrilled you and your partner had a wonderful time.
Sorry you didn't escape but there are another three rooms for you to try and rectify that!!

Absolutely amazing and highlyrecommended.
My partner and I taken my 10 year old nephew as a surprise and I don't know who liked it more me or him. It was fun full of tasks, we did the bank job and the staff made our experience even better we had the amazing Nicky and Jerome, was so good that they stayed in character whilst on the radio as we needed help at times.
Time went by so fast and we was all able to get involved and work together to get away with the bank robbery.
Really good room that looks like a local bank with clues hidden around the room.
The staff was absolutely amazing and definitely made our experience more exciting and enjoyable, We will be going back soon for another escape room and we all can not wait.

Visited today to do the Aviator’s Study with 3 adults and 2 young teens, was absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed every minute of it! It’s the first escape room we’ve done so I booked this one thinking it may be a bit easier - but we only just did it with a couple of minutes to spare! Some great puzzles to solve and wonderfully creative. We really enjoyed ourselves, would thoroughly recommend and worth every penny! All of us agreed when we left that we can’t wait to come back and try another room.
The staff were lovely (I think the lady was called Rachel) extremely helpful and friendly. I also felt that Covid guidance was followed very well and in that regard, felt a very safe experience.

Really excellent room, great and very enthusiastic host who answered all our questions fully, helped us with some creative hints along the way. Bank job is good if you're a group of 6-10 so you can split and compete against eachother. Well done!

I think you need to have watched or be aware of Breaking Bad. For two 13 year olds I would think you would be better doing the Amy Johnson room (Aviators Study)

Hi! We've had plenty of families take on our rooms. We'd recommend 'The Aviator's Study' if you've never done an escape room before. It's a fun, challenging, methodical room that doesn't throw you in at the deep end!

Def the 14 year old and maybe ok for the 11 year old. Good if they are with adults also. They'll really learn a lot :)
