This is a massive Jacobean Hall slightly off the beaten path in East Yorkshire It is set in a lot of parkland so there is something for everyone but the house itself is very impressive and one of the exhibits is a real whale skeleton

This superb stately home is well worth visiting, for its architecture, furnishings and general ambience. Set in parkland, the Hall contains the carefully displayed collections of furniture and other items from the family for several centuries, and will not disappoint the most discerning visitor.
