Beautiful scenery by the lake, we hired a row boat for 26£ for 2 hours which is a fair price. Would totally recommend a day out here especially in good weather...

Spent a few hours walking along the lake, it's really nice there, unfortunately the weather wasn't good , but you see the fells across the lake, people have dogs and small kids with them and it's just good atmosphere there

I think it the most attractive of the lakes. The hills around frame it beautifully, any time of year. There is great walking around the lake, boat trips and some lovely places to stop for coffee or a bite. And all surrounded by those hills....More
