We booked a transfer with Bluebird to get me and 15 of my colleagues from Windermere to our accommodation in Coniston. We had a nice comfortable problem-free journey, A1 service!!!! Highly recommended.

Highly enjoyable two days touring the Lake District. David is an excellent guide - we covered lots and the weather was kind to us. Highly recommend Bluebird Tours - David is knowledgeable, professional and made the two days very interesting. The area is stunning and so worth visiting.

David organised multiple journeys for us on the same day for our wedding party. Each was minute perfect in a comfortable, clean vehicle with excellent service. Thank you!

David made our Lake District trip, a once in a lifetime memory.
He was very considerate and professional with wonderful personality.
Since it was my family’s dream to visit the Lake District, I wanted my family to enjoy the trip so much.
I have looked all over for the best tours which finally reached me to Bluebird Tours.

David was super nice and VERY knowledgeable about all things LakeDistrict. He knew the special spots where we could enjoy super views with minimal walking. He planned and executed a wonderful day tour for us! He was sure to include some wonderful stops to enjoy literary connections to the Lakes also! He picked us up in Keswick and dropped us off at day's end in Austwick on the edge of the Dales..

David was a knowledgeable tour guide, who gave an insightful tour of some of the lakes in Lake District. He was understanding of our request to shorten the tour and change the end location, with short notice, after our car rental plans met with some issues a few days before. It was clear that he was very familiar with the Lake District as he adapted the day’s route accordingly based on our location and pace. Even so, we were able to see many lakes, tarns and valleys, go for short walks, and have a comfortable lunch during the tour. Not only did he introduce us to the many beautiful sights, he also explained to us how these formations were developed over time, and what features and clues to look out for, which helped us to see the Lake District with enlightened eyes during the rest of our stay in the area!

I live locally and had family and friends from Qatar visiting so I wanted to do a special trip showing them the Lake District . From the moment of enquiry to the day it’s self David was amazing ! We had the most special and wonderful day out together , being able to see the Lake District and learn so much about the area was incredible !
We were flexible with what we saw and I mentioned to David we would like a boat tour which we did ! He created the most wonderful tour and I saw and learnt new things I hadn’t seen before after living up here for 5 years .
Thank you David , we really had the most wonderful day with you ! We felt so looked after and we made memories that will last a lifetime . So if you live locally or visiting use Bluebird Tours , you will absolutely love it !

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Lake District with David. David was knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He was flexible and patient, and open to changes we suggested. The tour was well-paced, the ride was very comfortable, and we covered many attractions and saw many stunning views. We even did a half hour walk in the woods and saw beautiful brooks and a waterfall. It was fun touring the lakes with David who was a most hospitable and engaging guide. We would highly recommend Bluebird Tours to anyone looking for an agency to bring you around the Lake District!

hello Bluebird Tours,
We will be staying at the Bankground in Coniston May 11-14 and are interested in booking a tour with you however we wonder what the prices and options are. Can you direct us to a website please? Your reviews are really great, we are excited about the possibility but we are on a bit of a budget since we are trying to get lots of amazing things done in 2 weeks all over the island.
