My partner and I visited Keswick and google searched for good things to do while we were here and the puzzling place came up. It was alright I guess. I feel like they could put more effort into their attractions. It was good for a rainy afternoon but if I ever came back to Keswick I don't think I'd come... More

On a rainy day this is a good way to spend an hour and at only £3.75 each, is reasonably priced. Having said that, if it cost any more I would have felt let down. The exhibits are tired and in need of maintenance and the venue is "basic" in it's surroundings - more like a warehouse. Worth a visit... More

We had a great time here with our 12 year olds. Have visited a similar place in Wanaka, NZ - and although this was smaller, it was value for money and we easily spent an hour here (could spend longer). Great visual puzzles and interactive exhibits. Kept our girls entertained - especially the video of the different size room/chair etc.

Have walked past many times without going in to this small museum - had an enjoyed hour here when we finally decided to visit. Some very interesting opitical illusions and 2 interactive rooms, however can only give 3 stars as some exhibits appear to be very tired, grubby and worse for wear. Perhaps time of visit was a factor as... More

The Puzzling place was brilliant.. and very puzzling! It was fun and there were lots of optical illusions. The gift shop had lots of fun things too! It was quite expensive but it was really fun and mind boggling! The room which tilted and everything went the wrong way was mind blowing. We just couldn't get our head around how... More

Rainy day activity. It's a bit basic from the outside and we almost didn't go up. Very bored 'attendant'. Fun for passing time but feel no real need to go back ever again.

Fun hour spent being mind-boggled, with kids (aged 7 and 5) and grandparents enjoying equally. Easy to find. Worth a visit.

Omg, this place is such fun for adults and children. We all could not stop laughing. There was so much to do and see that you weren't having to wait for people to finish and you could literally touch everything and then you could purchase a variety of puzzles, games and jigsaws in the shop. It was also good value... More
