We took our grandchildren - cousins - for a day out here back in the summer holidays! It was threatening rain and we wondered what sort of display we might get! Sure enough as the display started it started to rain but the warden made is so interesting and keep us all in our seats! Chances to fly a bird... More

Really enjoyed the cosy cafe. The bird of prey aspect was really informative and the guy doing the exhibition was very funny. We could have listened to him all day.

Found out about this place through a Groupon deal. I did read some reviews on here stating that people felt they were perhaps perceived differently for possessing such deal vouchers, but I have to say that I was not made to feel this way. I figure that companies are getting trade that they would otherwise not get and are probably... More

A small but bustling centre with many birds to see and learn about. The gentleman who conducted the bird demo (I think the owner) was very calm, very engaging and really quite funny. He showed us lots of the wonderful birds and taught us about them in a way which helps younger children (and forgetful adults like me) remember the... More

Last minute trip when we saw a signpost advertising the centre. For £14 for the 2 of us we thought we were getting a bargain but upon entering the bird centre we knew we were getting ripped off. The tearoom was really old fashioned with bits and bobs lying about the place which is something we like. Some of the... More

A little disappointed with the range of birds on display but may be unfairly comparing it with the National Bird of Prey Centre. The flying displays were very good with excellent and amusing commentary giving information about the birds and their characteristics. The staff in the tea room were very helpful and friendly.

We called in on our way to Center Parcs, really glad we did. When we arrived we went in through the cafe, the lady (owner) there was lovely, really friendly and brilliant with the kids. We had a short walk round then had some really tasty home cooked food (and cake) before watching the display. The display was impressive and... More
