I last went here in the 1990s and I had really good memories of it. Quarter of a century later I was disappointed as it seemed there were less exhibits as there used to be. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good, I just remember there was more to it. The wax works are up to date with old favourites still on display. Coronation Street will always be popular. The wax works just seem thin on the ground compared to how I remembered it. And it ain’t cheap for a family.

Not as good as the one in London. Still cold, still busy. Bit light on content. Needs something more lively inside as feels a bit flat. A dark ride exploring Blackpool’s history, perhaps? I miss the chamber of horrors. Those were the days!

There aren't enough new models and no actors. Coronation Street pub looked nothing like rovers return. I skipped a lot of it. Really could do with a bit of an update. I love ant and Dec but Dec did not look like Dec. I love Marvel and thor and hulk were great. Wish there had of been more. Captain America or Iron man or scarlet witch or black panther maybe.

Very poor and out of date characters. Joe Hart featured in an England shirt and he hasn’t played for England since 2017. It also featured Boris and we have had two prime ministers since he was in office. Took us less than 30 minutes to get round felt like we were ripped off. Really need updating.

Very disappointed. Was looking forward to visiting as a family, queued up to be told we could not take our pram in. As our baby who is 4 months was fast asleep I was not going to wake him up to carry him around. I'm not sure why prams are not allowed, no explanation was given. It says it is fully wheelchair accessible so it's not due to narrowness. Should really have this stated on the main page on the website so that people don't turn up to be told they cannot go in if they have a baby in a pram!

Had a fri to monday break so had a day out to madame Tussauds. Have visited one in London and Florida previously. It was ok but think quite costly for what it is. Filled a couple of hours. Not as good as Florida one. Seemed to be over quite quickly.

It's a long while since we visited this establishment, it will be a long while before we do again, if ever. Lots of space between exhibits, plenty of dark stairways, Mohamed Ali was on display, ohh dear, never seen anything so unrealistic. Many areas closed, with coming soon, that's not what your paying to see. Of all the figures, maybe 5 or 6 look real, the rest looked as though they have been plucked out of Burton's window display. Our son tried the fortune teller booth, it didn't work particularly well, quite and didn't release a card as described to do so. Was it worth the money, NO, certainly not, unclean and seemingly staffed by lackluster employees that don't want to be there; I can't blame them for that. A truly bland waste of time and money.

Went last week with my carer, first time we went music was too loud and being deaf I couldn't hear the staff, also was left queuing, when trying to grab staff members attention to ask if we could go in on our booking (as wheelchair user & there was a overload of wheelchair users) we had booked with staff the day before but unfortunately this wasn't noted down. Good to see big lift being used but there was people who could use the stairs, waiting for the lift, meaning long wait for the lift. The small lift needs to be in used as well to ease waiting on disabled people. Apart from that I enjoyed My visit and I hope suggestions my carer and I made helps

Visited today and left feeling very disappointed by the experience after only having spent 45 minutes in the attraction. This attraction felt outdated, rundown and tired with even the brand new marvel section featuring damaged dirty tables in the seating area and broken effects such as the 'fly with Ironman' screen not working. A general lack of care was felt throughout the experience with the whole place feeling like it needed a good clean and parts of the attraction feeling neglected such as the lack of updated I'm a celebrity winners despite there being a spot designated for new winners. The layout of the attraction felt very confusing and unclear leading to multiple incidents of me not knowing where I should be going and doubling back on myself to find the correct route. And finally the 'Adele' figure looks absolutely nothing like Adele. I'm shocked I paid £19.50 for this extreme letdown.

We went as it formed part of our multi attraction ticket package. I'd not have been happy if we'd paid full price for it. The whole place looks run down and tired looking. Worth noting that the staff were really helpful and friendly.
