This "Farm Shop" closed 18 months ago, and is now just a coffee shop. Coffee was OK, but the garden centre attached is looking tired. If you're in the area it's nice enough, but i'd hazard it's not worth a dedicated trip out.

Bought a portion of Coffee and walnut cake and was mightily disappointed with the product. Taking an average sponge cake and smothering it in coffee flavoured (correctly spelt for English language scholars) buttercream and then adding almonds and walnuts doesn't make it a coffee cake....More

A good range of small localy produced products , the butchers is very good. A nice cafe that serves nice food and there is a small garden centre next door, easy to park on the free car park

Pimms Afternoon Tea....great choice of 3 types of sandwiches, Victoria sponge, Chocolate cake, Huge scones with butter, jam and clotted cream....Tea/Coffee and Pimms in lovely glass boots. If you are looking for wonderful fresh and sometime unusual farm products and excellent bargain meat platters this is the place. Tray made up for full English breakfast for two is great. Lovely meats, sauces, jams, teas, cheeses it goes on and on...just wonderful.
