Not much else to say. It's great for a walk especially when it's not raining but there aren't any other activities.

Family visit; great location, vast grounds/lakes, friendly, competitive car park rate @ £2.50. Missing a trick here. With such a huge landscape some designated areas /guidelines would suit the above (title) whilst allowing families with small children to roam without too much hesitation. I found...More

Watermead is a popular place to walk with dogs and take children. There's plenty of open space and the park is huge. Facilities are lacking though and parts are a bit run down.

I walk my dogs on a lead. I wouldn't have thought that you should have them off lead or in the water but many people do as the park is out of town and unsupervised.
