Fantastic place been visiting the museum for years but this was my first time in the slavery part. Felt very emotional going round actually just wanted to cry . A must visit specially the way the world seems to be going at the moment 😥

Very good and informative. leads you through the history of slavery. One part was a little upsetting showing a film of the treatment of the slaves.

i would say if you look around the museum and read and listen to the recordings, about 3 hours there is a tea room on the top floor
