    Good shopping
Great shopping area in liverpool with lots of well known high street shops. Convenient for train and bus stations too. Sad that Next and Marks and Spencer are now in different locations in what I feel are not as good or as large stores. John Lewis anchors this shopping area which is always worth a visit.

    Great shopping experience
I visit here regularly and it’s without a doubt one of the best shopping areas in the North of England. There’s a good range of shops as well as entertainment and food venues. The whole place is very well kept and tidy. The only criticism I ever have when I visit is that there really needs to be more cover for when it is raining.

    Loves it
Loved the Victoria’s Secret, Kenji and Lego shops. Nothing too expensive and very nice clean shops that weren’t too busy. The Lego one was interesting and had a little area where you can build your own Lego. The Kenji shop wasn’t too expensive I got a T-shirt, a really nice note book and 3 axolotl pin badges as well as a little key ring that lights up all for £16.50. And from Victorias Secret I spent £100 and got a free tote bag that was actually worth £50 which was really good as well :)

    Best shopping experience
Outstanding shopping mall right in the middle of city. Clean, tidy and good security. Great stores, restaurants and bars. They have a very nice Liverpool FC Store, and one of our favorite restaurants, Cosy Club. Great place to walk around outside as well as inside. We really had good experience while visit to Liverpool ONE.

    Shops, mixed open times
It's so lovely to see lots of different stores in a confined area as many places becoming derelict, vacant and run down but liverpool thriving in there is mix of retail, and hospitality. Only issue is some shops close at 5pm but then others opening into evening add extra attraction eg. Ping pong.

Badly designed shopping centre.
Very expensive car park
Very dirty lifts
NO roof….. do not go this time of year you will get wet if it rains and blown everywhere if there is a breeze.
Very unsafe place
The floor in parts is metal therefore very slippery when it rained.
No where to get shelter apart from the shops.

Food outlet choices…. Majority are chains and are very over priced

Manchester is not far away. The Trafford centre has free parking and a roof

After just a few years absence, I recently re-visited the much-hyped Liverpool One. I still can't see what all the fuss was about ! Sad to see that years later, the designers/architects have still neglected to install a roof ! Many of the escalators were not functioning and, to be honest, it was just like shopping in a street, with the same old homogenised stores in evidence. And the car parking costs !!!!!!! I parked in the 'Q Liverpool John Lewis' car park for just over two hours; this cost me £8.80 !!!! As I stated a few years back, when the idea for Liverpool One was first conspired, it was supposed to encourage more shoppers to come into the city centre rather than just going to the out of town retail parks. Well, when it costs £8.80 to park your car for just over two hours, how is this supposed to attract punters !!!!!!!

Online if you do a search it says toilets are free for disabled and families with kids. But when you enter the toilets the stafe doesn’t tell you they wait for you to pay. Even though it clearly says online disabled and families with kids are free but when you enter they say use credit card machines to pay stay away am from Liverpool and my daughter is disabled you can tell she has a disability even thou she can prove she is disabled they still want a payment

Liverpool One is easy to get to and has a great range of shops and places to eat. The restaurants can get busy at night so I would recommend booking in advance. The car park is pretty pricey but to be expected for a big city centre car park.

Dale street car park- if you don’t take a ticket and pay on your card you pay rip off prices, treble they price we were supposed to pay as staying at local apartment. Awful customer service, didn’t mute me on a phone call, could hear every word. Signage very poor, does not indicate you must take a ticket to then use follow up ticket on way our. Rip off company.

A really nice and interesting shopping centre as it is outdoor. That said it might be different on a typical British rainy day. Today was a scorcher!!
Plenty of people taking advantage of the outdoor space. Not too crowded and plenty of shops, admittedly they are the same shols in every other shopping centre.

Trafford centre is normally our thing but this was a much needed and welcome change.

The parking is a little steep at £14 for four hours, this is what lost it's 5th star and it's one thing that would put me off.

Liverpool 1 is great for the city of Liverpool.
But Qpark isa rip off .don't pay by contactless payments or they let you in and don't let you out until you press the emergency button and then charge you £8.80 for 40 minutes parking.

There's lots to do at Liverpool One.

As well as shops there are also restaurants, bars, cinema and more so there is something for everyone.

It is only a short walk across the road from the Albert Dock and there is also a bus station right next to the centre. There are a number of Merseyrail stations nearby including St James Street and Central.

Well worth checking out on your visit to the area.

Always use q park when on my travels, always in key locations and clean. Liverpool one is again like other q parks BUT who designed the layout? When you pay to leave it becomes difficult to leave, it is very confusing! It needs better signage for exit.
