He always returns your calls and makes sure your booking is emailed over to you straight away. Brand new vehicle, which is immaculate with loads of room for large amounts of luggage. We used Picks for a trip from Liverpool to Heathrow, a 3.5 hour drive. I was so thankful to find Pick's as using the train system on a holiday to get to London from Liverpool would have been difficult and taken a very long time. Everything about our experience was perfect. Confirmation was quick and the price was very reasonable. Our driver Danny arrived a couple minutes early and was extremely kind and helpful the entire drive. We got to Heathrow in plenty of time. It was an easy and stress-free day. I wouldn't hesitate to use Picks again and will be recommending them to anyone I know traveling to Liverpool!

Great Taxi service for a number of journeys during a 2 day city break mainly to go to Aintree. Same driver Paul who arrived on time and advised me well on the city. Looked after well. Fantastic service.

We had a very nice ride from Liverpool to York. Ian was our driver. The ride went by quickly as we chatted the whole time. The car was beautiful and clean and Ian was a very good driver. We were picked up on time and offered water and before our trip we had excellent email communication and also text message once our driver arrived. Would recommend highly!

First time using Picks Travel and will definitely use again. From booking to pick up the communication was great from Ian. Our driver David was waiting when we arrived: from arranging a meeting point at the airport we were in the car and on our way home within minute's.
