The historic meeting of John Lennon and Paul McCartney took place at St. Peter's Church on July 6, 1957. It is in a very pretty area and a must-see for hardcore Beatles fans.

St.Peters church and graveyard is a Beatles fan must see. Elinor Rigby who inspired a song is buried there.

It was over the road from here, in the Chruch Hall, that John Lennon met Paul McCartney, and it's in the graveyard here that is buried the famous Eleanor Rigby.

Peter, We use Pool of Life Tours every year. Tim is great and is very informative. There are several options for a shorter tour or the almost all day tour (9:30 to 4ish). My wife loves the Beatles so we go on the all day... More
