Discovery Zone

We took our 7 year old girl here and she was absolutely blown away.
I would especially like to thank the staff members in the Discovery Zone who absolutely made my budding little Beatles fan’s trip to Liverpool complete! She was absolutely blown away and has been asking to go back every day.

Really enjoyable visit
Jul 2021
Came here last week with my partner and our youngest son and absolutely loved it! You are provided with your own personal audio guide as you make your way through the exhibition at your own pace. The guide provides so much information and there are loads of interesting exhibits as you wend your way right from the beginning of the birth of The Beatles all the way to the end with information on each Beatle post band break up. We spent an hour and a half here and all thoroughly enjoyed it. My daughter is in Liverpool next week and I have told her to definitely visit!

This museum is so big and very informative. You get an audio head set that you can use if you wish to hear all about the the room or item you’re stood in front of.

Lots of information and things to see, can also listen to audio as you go round which has more information bout the Beatles. I'm a big Beatles fan and I'm sure if you are you would love this because it was fun and interesting. Love the gift shop though

Short and informative
Apart from the lady on admissions not knowing how to process a Trip Advisor booking it was a great experience.
Coffee shop at the end was great too.
No negative comments to report 👌🏼

Lots of information and things to see, can also listen to audio as you go round which has more information at no extra cost. I'm personally not a big Beatles fan but I'm sure if you are you would love this because it was fun and interesting. Pricey gift shop though

Mixed reviews
Jul 2021
We had mixed reviews from our group but all of them said that they thought that there were not enough songs played during the visit. I personally found the whole thing too claustrophobic as it is all underground and you walk through quite narrow spaces without any outdoor light. It is quite expensive (£16) when so many other Liverpool attractions are free. The headsets were a bit slow and longwinded - they were better for the earlier years but again it would have been good to use them to pay songs - perhaps their are copyright rules which prevent this. Nice welcoming lady on the payment till.

As good as everyone's saying
Jul 2021
Being a fan of the Beatles i really enjoyed this tour. It really could have gone the other way and been disappointing. Layout was very good and i liked the replicas of some of their more famous haunts. I enjoyed the fact that they also kept each person seperate with their own personality as well as being part of the band. Nice steady flow to it all with everyone going at their own pace. Well worth a visit.
