We went to see Portraying a Nation, Germany 1919 - 1930 and really enjoyed it. The way the photos were set out with a chronology timeline was perfect. This went on way past 1930 so not sure of the title of the exhibition. A few...More

There is not a great deal to see - only two floors open at present - but if you're a fan of Roy Lichtenstein, it's a must-see at the moment. A mixture of paintings, prints and other 3-D artworks, embellished with some interesting background notes....More

Went today and had a good laugh. A totally black picture with nothing too see. Art what a joke! An old pair of tights stuffed and sat on a chair, made us giggle! The fire alarm button next to the display was more interesting. I...More

There were galleries open on two floors. The Lichtenstein dot paintings were mainly from later dates, but there were a few works in different media, and a video work. The staff were helpful as always, and in the shop, the bookstall area has shrunk significantly.

Huge open sight to allow many people to enjoy art in 'private'. Hugely accessible sight in the centre of Liverpool.

You will need to put aside at least 2-3 hours , The Tate is situated in the Albert Docks which is a great place to locate yourself for the day.

I'm sorry I'm not sure. But I found a place opposite the echo. Other side of the road. Has a billboard advertising Sixt. I think. It was £4 all day. Looks like a dis used hanger but it's great.
