Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Incredible building! Absolutely beautiful ....the ballroom is awe-inspiring and those chandeliers .....wow! Being able to wonder into the Council Chambers was also a really lovely experience, contemplating so many of the decisions which had been made in this room.

I also got to meet the Deputy Lord Mayor on the way out...so that was nice.

From the moment one enters this building.....it is something stunning!

Sean was enthusiastic, accommodating and very knowledgeable.

An expansive edifice with a presence on more than one street, it has lovely decorous facades.

With grand stone work in light hues, one of the architectural styles is Neo-Classical. Columns with Corinthian capitals are just some of the decorative features.

Built in the mid 1700s it was substantially rebuilt following a later fire. Today it continues to be an architectural treasure.

June weather amazing ,my twin brother Stephen in Liverpool City Centre visiting the great pubs our city is famous for ,we passed Liverpool Town Hall that looked resplendent in the sunshine.
This is one of the landmark buildings in the city and in my opinion one of the most beautiful ,built from designs from architect John Wood The Elder ,it was constructed between 1749-1752.
I love the look of this building ,viewed from Castle Street straight on you see the full majesty of this town house ,the wonderful clock faced dome is really impressive ,atop the roof is the Statue Of Minerva looking out over the city ,it's just a wonderful building to view ,very photogenic indeed,it's a building to most definitely check out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Town Hall High Street.

Liverpool's mid-18th-century Town Hall is a magnificent example of Georgian architecture inside and out. It was designed by John Wood the Elder, also famous for his major contributions to the architecture of Bath. It is open to the public and they offer tours. At times, though, it is booked for weddings.

Without a shadow of a doubt one of the most beautiful buildings in Liverpool is Liverpool Town Hall .
Constructed between 1749-1754 from designs from architect John Wood The Elder ,a Grade I listed building that's always a joy to view ,in my opinion the best views are from Exchange Flags City Square behind the town hall ,it's a very photogenic building that's most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Town Hall High Street.
