The guide was knowledgeable and informative. The view from the top alone was worth it. You have to book a time slot and whilst you go up a number of floors in the lift there are a number of steps to negotiate to get up to the roof.

I booked through this agency the airport hotel transfers as well as two tour. The second tour was booked on a Sunday morning for the next day. Very efficient service, immediately reply, guide and drives very efficient. Highly recommendable

What a great to see the beautiful city of Liverpool. We got off to a rough start not being permitted off our cruise ship until two hours after our tour was to start. Jean, our guide, told right off that they would extend our time by two hours. WOW! Talk about giving you a warm fuzzy right out of the gate! Jean was delightful for our group of 21 people. We saw city sights or not as was our pleasure and all the wonderful Beatles spots to be viewed in Liverpool. What a blast from the past with being at Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields and homes of the Beatles. We even got to "The Cavern" where many groups besides the Beatles played.Such fun! Our tour ended at a wonderful pub and we enjoyed wonderful British ale and pub food. What a wonderful day! We got to see what we wanted and the tour company couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend the Liverpool Tour Guide Service and Jean. Paul Beesley, the owner, was wonderful to deal with before in making the arrangements. Liverpool is a great city with rich history and great people. So glad we got to see it!…

Having spoken to Paul and found him very pleasant and knowledgeable I booked a group of 6 business people on to a tour of Hope Street with Paul. Despite the fact it decided to pour down with rain as they started, the feedback from the team was very good. They found Paul to be keen and knowledgeable and really enjoyed the tour.…

We did a 2 hour private coach tour with Paul yesterday. He is full of information and an excellent speaker. His communication prior to the tour was excellent. Several people in our group said this tour was the highlight of their trip. Excellent!
