Dropped in for a walk through, it was packed. We didn’t stay very long, as it was so busy we would wait ages to get served at any of the pubs along the street.

You cannot go to Liverpool without at least a walk down Mathew Street where it all began, shame the original Cavern club was destroyed. I worked taking photo's of the Liverpool bands back in the 60's so many, many memories

This is where it all started and you will find the new Cavern here and the Cavern pub. Some interesting statues - look out for John. Whole area SAFE at night - vibrant, clean and the natives are friendly. DO NOT MISS!!!!
