poor comunication and not very friendly. i’ve been a climber for TCH London for many years, and just few times has been said on social media when half gym is closed due to re-setting, which is not fair so people can go to other gym and climb properly. also when u ask to close one of the door so u can climb more ( when staff is on break) they often say no. just a saggestion for improving

Highest possible recommendation. I took a large group of novices and it was fantastic. Great staff. Great value. Great routes.

Friendly and informative staff. The kids love it here and have the best experience in climbing . They have overcome their initial fear of not being harnessed and now wouldn't have it any other way. They often spend hours here (when they come to visit Grandad), which is amazing (don't ever change that and put time limitations on visits) non time limited visits are great. They have remodelled quite a bit of the hangar since our last visit and it looks great. My boys are 8 & 9 now, so they didn't mind that the Pirate ship and tunnels were gone. Unfortunately parking is generally full and pretty difficult to find a space esp at the busier time of lunch and teatime.

We've not been for a while but have previously loved visiting the climbing hangar. Two of my children had a prebooked lesson and my youngest wanted to climb the pirate ship. Unfortunately the children's area has been remodelled and resembles the rest of the hangar, not what we expected. The kids area was absolutely freezing and had water pouring in through the ceiling. The water was going over electrics and surely a wet surface is not safe, especially in a children's climbing area. Shortly into the lesson, my daughter became distressed and her brother brought her over to me on the instructors say so. She sat out for the remainder of the lesson (this was only 15min in) the instructor never came over to see if she was ok, see if she wished to rejoin the lesson or explain why she'd become so distressed. Overall I'm incredibly disappointed with our experience today and won't be returning again.

My 7 year old's classmate party was held here. They used to have a great kids only area with a fantastic castle, pirate ship, tunnels & slide, but sadly it's all been removed except the slide and converted into another bouldering room. My 7 year old still had a great time, but my 6 year old was devastated and didn't want to stay, so I took him to see the Iron Men statues on Crosby Beach. Kids' parties in the old set up were really good....my 6 year old said "Dad, if they don't put the castle & pirate ship back in I don't want to go there again". Time will tell.
