Absolutely no social distancing as all tables on one side in use and the other half by the cafe empty. Only a handful of customers wearing masks but if the staff can't be bothered then I guess customers won't be either. Really not up to standard given the current situation and will definitely not be coming back anytime soon until they get a grip

The worst play centre I have ever been to. Not properly cleaned, over priced, horrible food and the manager and owners are vile. Do not take your children here.

We regularly take our niece around the local play centres so are well placed to judge Jungle Fun. What really impressed us was how attentive the staff were. In other play centres the children do things like walking up slides, with their parents often not paying attention. I was very impressed today how the staff were right there and telling the children not to do it which, after all, is a safety issue. First class and very friendly and fair with it. The food was really high standard for a play centre too. The best place we have been to on Merseyside and a big well done to all concerned.

The first desk we arrived at young girl with brown hair very nice and polite. At the food counter there was another young girl so pleasant nothing was too much trouble. Then there was an older woman with blonde hair behind the food counter who doesn’t have customer service skills what so ever!! Her manners are vile! Speaks to people like they are thick! She’s horrendous!! Apart from the vile woman, the play centre is a brilliant place to go. It’s very reasonable also. There’s so much to do my little girl loves it.

Don’t bother. Go to fantasy land or cirque du play instead. Filthy toilets that don’t get changed, food is terrible, everything is overpriced and the manager and owner are vile people who don’t know how to speak to people! Especially children. Don’t waste your money
