Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Potentially dangerous play area as the under 3s area is full of much older children who were throwing balls, climbing all over the top of the playhouse and running too fast around babies/toddlers who were too scared to stay in the zone. This could cause a serious accident. I’ve rated this two stars instead of one because the place itself looked nice and clean. Its just really unfortunate that the under 3s area isn’t monitored by the staff there and that parents do not seem to intervene and ask their children to play in the areas that are suitable for their age range (maybe when you pay to get in, there should be a reminder of which zones are suitable for the child and ask parents to monitor this if staff aren’t going to or don’t have the time too).

Play areas very good👍👍
Really need to improve toilet cleanliness. Taking my 2 toddlers to use toilet was very unpleasant due to the dirty toilets floors and surroundings.
Sorry to say put me right off returning.

The staff are nice but we were the first to arrive at 9:30 and found balls from the ball pool everywhere - it was as if staff hadn't cleaned after the previous day.
The ball pool itself was full of fluff, dirty bibs and elsewhere there were huge rips in the carpets as well as discarded tissues.
The place has the potential to do very well if it addresses a few of these issues.

First time at this place and safe to say I will not be returning. Absolutely filthy considering it’s supposed to be for babies and children! There was chunks of dust on the mats and in between all the edges. I’d expect places for kids to be cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis but this place looks like it’s not been cleaned since it first opened. I really would not recommend taking your child to this place.

Went here to a birthday party and what can I say. I would never take my toddler here again.
1.The toddler section had areas taped over to stop them entering, with no sign or none of the staff informed us entering the building, to say where the main play area for toddlers was out of bounds. For me this was a massive health and safety issue for instance ; any toddler could have swallowed any loose tape if it wasn't secure as this is what toddlers do, put items in their mouths. The road carpet was disgusting in that area too. With pieces of it missing.
2. None of the staff where bothered that older children where in there. They where only interested if a child had got into the areas which where sealed off.
3. Whilst having the birthday meal the staff waiting on was rude unhelpful and what appeared couldn't be bothered, she took away the children's drinks, food, and ice cream with out asking parents if they had even finished. During the disco they wasn't even prepared. Not even a party play list.
4. The toilets where disgusting, no toilet roll in one of them and the hand dryer wasn't even working.
5. And The place needs some air fresheners. It stunk.

Brought my 7 year old son and his friend at 3.30 to burn of some energy after a day out. No staff to be seen ( shocking considering this would be the busiest time for them being half term and all!). All tables either full of people or full of dirty dishes. Tables not cleared or cleaned. Had to clean a table yourself if you wanted to sit anywhere.
Got the stay and play that apparently includes a meal only and no drink.. they are now extra, so be prepared to spend another 3quid on juice.
Definitely somewhere to avoid than visit!.

Took my baby here absolutely terrible not good for under 3’s. The ball pit has barely any balls and there were broken big toy cars in there. Literally nothing for her to play with had to get a refund. So run down.

Went with grand daughter on a weekday morning. Greeted by friendly staff. She spent over two hours running, jumping and sliding around. Nice selection to choose from on the menu. The food is reasonably priced and good portions for kids. Adults can take five minutes out with a drink in a safe environment. The cakes looked very tempting. Worth returning to.

Mummy, Daddy, 1 year old & 3 year old, Monday morning, 10.30am, the place was pretty empty. Even when we left at about 1pm it was still quiet despite many more families coming in.
£4 per child, adults free (£8 total entrance)
Tea, Coffee & shared cake (£6.05)
Salad with Chicken breast, Egg Mayo Sandwich, 1 Banana & a bottle of water (£11.20) The kids shared our food.
Total trip = £25.25
I think the place could have been a bit cleaner than it was. Kids are messy, drop food, vomit, fill their nappies, spill drinks etc therefore one expects there to be mess, however, at such an early point in the day I did expect the place to be better presented, tidy & clean. The toilets were smelly and floors wet, but again, kids will be kids. Maybe more frequent inspections and clean ups could help?
It was unclear if the play areas had been tidied and cleaned at the end of the previous day?
The food is, in my opinion, better than some cafés and restaurants. It's pretty good value for money, well presented and tasty. Top quality, well done.
As far as the soft play section, it all seemed to be safe and in good working order. There are signs of ageing and repair, the slide in the toddler section was a bit wobbly - I thought one Mum was going to break it as she followed her child down it!
The set up of the place suggests that they are an organised business.
There was no need for staff to discipline children or remove them from age appropriate areas because of the low numbers. Most parents/carers seemed to be aware of their childrens behaviour and acted appropriately.
Staff seemed friendly and on the ball, proactive and aware.
The food is the delicious cherry on the top of an okay cake.

I have a 5 and 9 year old and we go here every 6 weeks or so. On a rainy weekend or over the school holiday.
It's big enough for the kids not to get too bored and small enough to be able to keep track of them.
Food is tasty, but a bit on the pricey side. Drinks are way way over priced but you get that in most places.
They also have a play and eat option so it's cheaper if you want the kids to eat here £8 at peak times £6 off peak.
Good meeting place for mums and kids.
