Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Disgusting place, filthy and freezing cold. Toilet seats broken, no hot water to wash your hands. Overpriced and poor health and safety. Never again.

First time at this place and safe to say I will not be returning. Absolutely filthy considering it’s supposed to be for babies and children! There was chunks of dust on the mats and in between all the edges. I’d expect places for kids to be cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis but this place looks like it’s not been cleaned since it first opened. I really would not recommend taking your child to this place.

Potentially dangerous play area as the under 3s area is full of much older children who were throwing balls, climbing all over the top of the playhouse and running too fast around babies/toddlers who were too scared to stay in the zone. This could cause a serious accident. I’ve rated this two stars instead of one because the place itself looked nice and clean. Its just really unfortunate that the under 3s area isn’t monitored by the staff there and that parents do not seem to intervene and ask their children to play in the areas that are suitable for their age range (maybe when you pay to get in, there should be a reminder of which zones are suitable for the child and ask parents to monitor this if staff aren’t going to or don’t have the time too).

Play areas very good👍👍
Really need to improve toilet cleanliness. Taking my 2 toddlers to use toilet was very unpleasant due to the dirty toilets floors and surroundings.
Sorry to say put me right off returning.

Love this place! Our 6 year old has spent may an afternoon here burning off the excess energy!
The food is great here, expected run of the mill food but got a really healthy and tasty wrap which tasted really fresh. The cakes are also to die for!
Theres a good range of drinks and food on the menu.
The play centre is large and has good light and visibility to see you little ones in every area of the climbing frame!
It's been here for years, so they must be doing something right when all the other play centres have either closed down or don't last too long!
Staff in here are so nice, friendly, caring and really attentive towards kids!

Returned on an early Saturday morning with two young grandchildren. Staff friendly and smiling, which is always a good start. They both spent a good two hours running, sliding and laughing. Adults had a breakfast which was freshly cooked, tasty and reasonably priced. A good place to take children to get rid of energy and enjoy themselves, while the adults can take some time out. Must return to try some of those tasty looking cakes. Whilst there birthday parties were taking place and all seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Went with grand daughter on a weekday morning. Greeted by friendly staff. She spent over two hours running, jumping and sliding around. Nice selection to choose from on the menu. The food is reasonably priced and good portions for kids. Adults can take five minutes out with a drink in a safe environment. The cakes looked very tempting. Worth returning to.

I recently visited Fun Town with my nearly 4 year old daughter who was there for a friend's 4th birthday party. We were asked to sign-in as we arrived, which was fine. The soft play is very good, suitable for most ages (I saw a grandmother zooming down the four-lane bumpy slide at one point!). The kids were playing for a good 2 hours with a short stop for the 'party lunch'. Although the play facilities are great, the party itself was a bit of a let down. All the kids were called to one of the small party rooms where they were seated around a couple of long tables and served a pile of fries and single slice of cheese and tomato pizza. Hardly the healthiest of meals. Much of it was left. The small tubs of vanilla ice cream for dessert seemed to go down much better, however. The kids were glad to get back to the soft play afterwards--so were the parents who had had to cram in around the periphery of the party room in order to supervise cordial pouring (and spilling) and ketchup sachet opening (why no squeezy bottles for the kids?)!
Overall, not a bad experience for the kids.

Went early one Saturday morning with a 2 and 7 year old. It is quite small compared to other local indoor play areas and definitely more suited to 6 and unders, but both had a good time as it was quiet. I am not sure what it would like when busy but I suspect not great aa there is not that much equipment.
