Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We decided to take our daily walk in Everton Park as we passed it en route to The city and hadn’t visited the park before.
I was really impressed with the thoughtful layout and the fabulous views of city landmarks, the river estuary and Wirral and North Wales beyond.
Really useful display boards gave the history of old Everton as well as identify various building on the city skyline.
A lovely place.

Great little park to visit and walk along the heritage trail and learn more about the history of this area.. Fabulous views across the city and towards North Wales. Well worth visiting for a picnic and fresh air.

So many people don't know about this amazing park and incredible views. Yes you have to make the effort to find it but it's so well worth it. I have been to and seen so many world views in my travels ..... Victoria Peak - Hong Kong, The Pincio Terrace in Rome, Sydney Harbour from Macarie Point ........ But coming home to LIverpool my town ...... this is up there with those finest views. Pick a blue sky day and you can see the Wirral Peninsula, the Great Orme - Llandudno and ......... the mountains of North Wales and Snowdon. A must see view and there is a panoramic FREE car park ........ unmissable.

stunning views , on a clear day you can see the welsh mountains in the distance , and right out to sea, good place for a picnic in summer , but would benefit from a few more facilities such somewhere to grab a coffee and some toilets wouldn't go amiss, but apart from that it's good

You can now get here by city-bike from Lyme street station a 15 minute ride following the sign posted route ,,,, and if you take your time to stop and look back some of the views are great,,,,but the best views on a clear day are from the Everton Brow,,

When we visited Liverpool with our 9 year old grandson, we looked for a place to fly his kite he received as a birthday present. Liverpool is a windy city and we looked for a park large enough to fly kite. We went to Everton Park on two separate days. The first day there was no wind and the kite would not fly. We waited for a windy day to go--what a wonderful experience! We aimed for the higher ground in the park. The kite, riding with the wind, took off into the sky without much effort on our part. From this point the view of the city was also breath taking. There are many children's playgrounds in the park. A wonderful place for a family outing. Please note that there is no toilet in the park.

Everton Park is a really nice green oasis of calm, not a tourist destination in my opinion unless you're a fan of Everton F.C as the emblem of this famous football team is housed here namely Prince Rupert's Tower ( Everton Lock Up Tower ) .
The park area is quite large, well kept and popular with young families and dog walkers, as we come into Spring and Summer the park is really coming into bloom so it's most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and when the 3rd and final lockdown is lifted.
