Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I understand we’re all adapting post COVID to a slower pace on a night out, however, we came as a group of 4 and had pre-booked paying £40 each, so to wait HALF AN HOUR for our first drinks was very poor.

Things improved though as we got a free round of Jaegers and the measures of alcohol were very generous to be fair. I also enjoyed the music which was a mixture of latest hits and classic R’n’B/Hip Hop.

We came to Red Door last night to celebrate a birthday we were sat down by a host in the outside area. After being sat down we were served by a guy who got our drinks wrong and was quite rude. He disappeared and we got a new waitress who was so friendly and turned our night around. Cerys didn’t stop smiling and was so nice to us. Such a gem! Thank you❤️

I booked here for bottomless brunch with my friends on reopening, the outdoor space is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly! Great selection of drinks on the menu, and beautifully presented including my favourite a pornstar martini 🍸, also has the option to have pizza including in the price! Great value for money & such a lovely atmosphere. Booked again after leaving. Great vibe and good music!!

Went to red door before a lovely meal out at panoramic 34 and was very let down by both drinks and service despite paying a £50 deposit. Upon arrival our table was covered in a blue liquid which stained my boyfriend's expensive blazer. It was half an hour before we got our table cleaned.
We got a first round of drinks within an average time for a busy Saturday night. After that the service went downhill with tables of 5-6 people around us getting priority for service. The other two person tables around us were also frustrated. I ordered another round which took around 40 mins to arrive. Then ordering a last drink before our reservation, it didn't arrive! Upon leaving I also asked to get back what was left of my deposit and I was told it was non refundable. We had two drinks each priced at around £10 each and I was charged for the last drink I didn't receive leave. They gave me £6 back from my deposit so clearly I was charged for the final drink. Clearly unrespectful and flippant service, I know it's busy but it's no excuse. Waitresses should check all tables not just those with more customers which would bring in more orders and money. We felt we were blatantly ignored, no apologies for lateness and I was even told by one of the girls that she needs to serve the 5 person table first.
Will not be returning.

So visited red door a few times no issues the Manchester lad (David or Derick) told me the rules regarding footwear no Valentino’s though ok strange but no problem then last night we had been on a lovely evening and thought we would catch a last drink here we were told by a male and female bouncer that they had stopped letting in .. no people we were cutting it fine !! Then the bouncer David Derick what ever his name is let group of lads straight in in front of us I could not believe it so the female bouncer said go ahead in you go the other bouncer big lad looked at the idiot who let the lads in and shook his head ... I approached the lads inside asking how they got in with Valentino’s and was told there friend paid him to let them and even advised me to offer him money next time shocked la. how often is that happening will not return for a nice venue you have scum working for you and everyone on Lemmo will be reporting him to licensing and SIA

I’ll start with the positives: the outdoor area they have with lights up and nice sofas is lovely. The downside was arriving and paying £15 for a double gin and tonic. (But I’ve not been out in a while so ok). My friend had booked a table for her birthday and put down £300 to secure the table. However bottles of Prosecco and gin and mixers which she apparently had to get to make up the £300 weren’t bought out till 10pm when we had already been there 2 hours and only had the table till 11. There was a big miscommunication between us and staff on what the deal was when she booked the table which was really disappointing especially on a birthday night out.

Beware before going here, they will charge you a large service charge. I have always been one for tipping but an amount that I would choose myself. We ended up paying £40 in service charges, the staff are rude about it as well. They do not take it off after request and they are not attentive enough to deserve that much of a large tip. Its a nice bar and the bouncers were lovely but this should not be allowed.

Amazing service from every staff member, even the bar staff that weren’t our server came round to ask if we were enjoying everything. Sorry, can’t remember the name of our server but the blonde girl with glasses was fantastic, great at her job! Best quality of drinks I’ve had at any bottomless and the pizza was cooked fresh in front of us in the pizza oven and was great. We had someone join our group last minute and didn’t want to do the bottomless and they were very helpful and just let her have her own tab and pay for her individual drinks which most places wouldn’t do for a bottomless table.

Called in for a cocktail on a very wet afternoon. Bar was a little busy so the staff suggested we might like upstairs. While it is deemed outdoor upstairs is very cosy with roof and heaters. We had the place largely to ourselves and had great bar staff. One cocktail turned into a few. A great afternoons family craic prior to walking down the street to Zorbas for dinner. Excellent cocktails and service.

Staff were lovely and attentive. We went for bottomless brunch £35 each, the gardens lovely and well decorated. Had a dj which is a nice touch. Service was slow 1 waiter to 6/7 tables. Took around 20-30 minutes for drinks to come once they’ve been ordered. Only managed 5 drinks which is a shame I was expecting at least 7/8. Wet tables plus the little garden furniture have sharp pricks where the wires need bending back in. Ripped a hole in my blazer.
No lighting in the toilets which is bizarre
Nice experience wouldn’t return much better places in Liverpool at a cheaper rate
