We came as three couples to the dim sum class and had such a lovely evening. You get to make and eat around 18 dumplings each which was a very generous portion and they were absolutely delicious. You can also BYOB for a corkage which was an added bonus. Will was also great, delivering the teaching in a fun and engaging way. We would 100% recommend and will be coming back for the sushi class!

My wife, daughter and I took a dim sum class this past weekend with Will from the London Cookery School. My daughter purchased this class for us as a Christmas gift, all of us to do together. The experience was far better than I had imagined. Will – the instructor and owner of the school – is an excellent instructor. He was engaging and entertaining, and the three hour experience passed very fast as a result. We love dim sum, and this is absolutely the perfect introductory class. We got to eat what we made at the end, and that was the real cherry on the cake. We are all keen to develop our skills at home for dim sum, and Will got us off to a flying start. We might go back and try the school’s sushi prep class too, because if it is of the same calibre as the dim sum class, it would be outstanding. I highly recommend this class. You will find your afternoon with Will delightful, and you will leave with an excellent knowledge of how to make dim sum. It is a great way to spend a half day with friends or family.

Had a fantastic evening learning to make sushi. Will introduced himself, explained how it would work, got everyone chatting together, so it was really warm, friendly and fun. Learned loads about how to make all different kinds of sushi - and it was just as good being a non fish eater. So I’d really recommend this for vegetarians too.

Outstanding beginners Sushi Class led by Will. Explanation’s we’re clear and concise with plenty of time to practice the techniques and we were taught about all the basics of how to prepare ingredients to make sushi. A fantastic experience that is highly recommended.
