What a lovely time my son and I had here! We decided to have lunch in the cafe first, and as others have said the pizza was incredible, as was the rest of what we ordered. These Covid days you can't be sure of what to expect when visiting somewhere new, and this can make me feel quite anxious as I have a young child with me but the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, checking in on us to make sure we had all we need.
The mini-golf course was great and we had a super fun time playing.
As it was a super hot day we decided to cool off inside in the air conditioning afterwards with an ice-lolly, which gave me the opportunity to discover just what an amazing selection of refreshments they have there.
Such a stunning location I would recommend for anyone to go here!

I have been there today and felt really safe as the staff members comply with the Covid-19 regulations. I really enjoyed the Halloween special pizza made with fresh and delicious ingredients! The head pizza maker Carlo nailed it 👍. Great service and lovely atmosphere as the waitress Pasqualina was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcomed.

Lovely Sunday afternoon spent at Putt in the Park in Acton. The food was amazing and the staff couldn't be more accommodating and great with children. Highly recommended for both big and small groups, the service was fast and we will be back again very soon!

Won't Provide a refund with thunder and lightning forecast! Seriously. I tried to cancel today because the weather forecast has changed today and is now a severe weather forecast with thunder and lightning and I had arranged to take 10 x 9 year old girls. I don't think its much fun or very safe to have girls with metal golf clubs in this weather. The response from them? I should have told them 48 hours in advance! What? I should have learned to become a meteorologist and learnt to forecast this in advance? Pure nonsense. Take note if you want to go because they won't give you your money back.

Many thanks for your review however I feel like this is very misleading, yes our policy on bookings is that we require 48 hours prior notice to cancel a booking (which is noted on the booking page) in order to receive a full refund failing that we are very happy to move a booking to a later date.
This is exactly what was offered to you by our assistant manager but you've not made any mention of that or the fact that your follow-up email was very rude and straight on the attack! This was then passed up to me, despite your demeanor, I completely sympathised with the situation as it's not always possible to reschedule such an event and no one wants to have to go out in poor weather.
You received a full refund the same day as your initial email, so I'm confused as to why you felt this review was necessary?
Despite your tirade, hope to see you back out there on the green in the near future.

Terrible service. Kids cannot book on the website without an adult attending , even when the kids are 14 and 13!! Kids turn up without booking and will not take reservation paying by cash even though there is nothing on the website about this. Please get your commutation sorted.

Good afternoon,
Children cannot play without an adult as the adults need to ensure the children are following correct social distancing guidelines. All golf must be booked before attending as stated on our website.

I had such a wonderful time with my family playing mini golf and then having pizzas and drinks.
Such a fun venue for family, friends etc. Loved the mini golf and was a very exciting course.
I did have a slight concern with there system and how they’re contributing to keeping there customers safe from Covid. I noticed a staff member failed to sanitise the golf clubs before giving them to new customers.
I also noticed that tables weren’t sanitised once used by other groups. However this was only an observation from one visit and the system and cleanliness may have changed and become stricter in order to protect people visiting.
My family and I had our own hand sanitiser with us and we also made sure to wash our hands.

My partner booked this as something for himself, myself and my pre-teen niece to do on the sunny bank holiday weekend. Despite the fact it was really busy (it’s very popular), the staff were so friendly, calm and helpful. After the round of crazy golf, we had some pizza and they were delicious! Would definitely recommend this place to people of all ages looking for something fun to do!

Went there for a surprise birthday party with some friends. Not only food and drinks were superb, but also reasonably priced.
What can I say about the staff? Luigi has been outstanding throughout the whole day with his warmth and kindness. Will definitely return.

Just wanted to say we had a great day at putt in the park Acton. The course is fun and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. Special mention must go to Paco, Lara and Simona, who were fantastic- thank you. We will definitely be back.

It is a lovely warm venue with incredibly friendly staff. We were booked in by a sunshine Luigi and served drinks by smiley Calum after the game. Mini golf is great fun. The bar is well stocked and their outside garden spacious- what else do you need during the summer? We have yet to try their legendary pizza. You are doing great!

What age would people say children need to be to complete the course without getting bored/ frustrated with its difficulty level please

Looking at the ages of children playing (but with parents) I would say 6/7 is reasonable - I have not played but again looking at the people using it - it is quite a long entertainment so the other point from tickkyboo about concentration (and ability) is a good one
