It was very easy to book. We went on line on our phone once we arrived in London and made the booking there and then. They also have a fantastic, friendly and helpful customer service so if you choose ring up instead.

Hi top was great - all our group went upstairs. When we arrived we were given a number and once everyone arrived you went on as your number was called. Was a good experience, really interesting and a bit of comedy thrown in.

Best to go look at website, the only pick up and drop off is at the beginning/end of the tour in front of the Club Quarters Hotel on 8 Northumberland Ave, steps from Trafalgar Square.
