Review of: Ghost Bus Tour of London
We climbed onto the 1960’s Necrobus, decked out with gothic velvet curtains and little low light lamps with enormous excitement. Just riding around London at night on one of the original double decker buses put us in the mood for ghoulish stories about London Town. We had a brilliant guide who pointed out a myriad of spooky landmarks, threw in lots of fun (and gruesome) tales. All in all a great fun experience and a wonderful way to see London by night.…

Review of: Ghost Bus Tour of London
We wanted something Halloween-themed for half term for the family - given that everything else was off - and the Ghost Bus was a fun way of sight-seeing. Pick up and seat allocation was well organised and Covid-safe and the tour takes you around the West End and City, regaling you with Horrible Histories-style tales of gore and ghouls. It's very cheesy and played more for laughs than scares, so would be suitable for all but the youngest. Overall, a different way of seeing London and a bit of spooky fun.…

Review of: Ghost Bus Tour of London
I was thrilled that the Ghost Bus tour was going ahead and it made a great Tier 2 friendly activity. We were spaced out on the bus and all wore masks so it felt very safe. The tour was an ideal balance of dark histories and terrible puns (in a good way). The host Taylor Woe was very talented at story telling. We spent the time either laughing or in chills. We are Londoners ourselves so were slightly worried it might be too tourist’y but we learnt some new things about our beloved city. The only negative feedback is that some of the language was offensive and needs updating. For example, describing an elderly woman as ‘an old bint’ is misogynistic. It was quite jarring to hear ‘prostitute’, when ‘sex worker’ is much more appropriate. Even though it’s a historical tour, it still important to make sure the language is updated.…

A fun & spooky way to discover London definitely THE experience this month! As I'm working in a Concierge department I will suggest it to families with kids (not too young as it can get quite spooky, unless if you like when your kids are scared...) A Covid safe experience with mask and hand sanitizer before coming in. I would also suggest you to do the one in Edinburgh if you are around. Thanks to "Charlie Valentine" and Jamie!…
