In fact, we had to walk for almost 10 minutes pulling suitcases, and with children, until we reached the parking space. We didn't understand anything. However, the return trip was wonderful, the driver spoke Spanish, he explained to us what was happening in the airport parking lot and the reason why they couldn't pick us up or drop us off closer; He even told us that there was a free transfer from the parking lot to the airport, which saved us the 10-minute walk there. Both drivers were punctual. The experience on the way there discouraged us but it was compensated for by the return trip, which encourages us to hire the services of this company again and give them a second chance.
