Our recent experience with Mega Transfers Limited was fantastic! We booked our ride easily on their website, and when we landed at Heathrow Airport, our driver was right there, ready to go.
Driver had set up the child seats for our little ones, which was a huge relief for us as parents. The vehicle was clean and comfy, and our driver knew how to navigate through London's traffic. What we really love about Mega Transfers Limited is that they've been consistently excellent in every trip we've taken with them. They genuinely care about making sure everything goes smoothly and safely for their customers. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and family-friendly transportation services. They always make our journeys amazing!

Mega Transfers are an absolute certainty when I travel to London with groups of pupils from our language school in Italy, Little Linguists, which I did 5 times this summer (and 3 times last).
Every time they picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport.
Mega Transfers' drivers are amazing - punctual, totally reliable, thoughtful, kind, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are great with the children.
The fee is also very reasonable for the excellent service they offer.
Thank you all very very much and see you next summer!

This company pulled a bait and switch on me. I booked through a booking portal for 24 GBP - paid for and everything. The car was waiting for me at 8:45 which was great. When I got to my destination the driver said that it hadn't been pre-paid which is had and that it was now 48 GBP. 40 + an 8 GBP fee for waiting. When I questioned the driver he just played stupid. Shortly after that I got an email that my original booking for 24 GBP had been cancelled. Beware!

DON'T UTILIZE THEM TO TRAVEL WITH KIDS. We prebooked them to transport us from Heathrow to our accommodations in London specifically because we were traveling with our 1 year old and didn't want to lug a car seat along with us. They were supposed to provide an installed car seat so she could safely travel in the taxi. The car seat was not properly installed, the driver did not know how to install it and without the instruction manual or the time to do it ourselves, we weren't able to safely secure our child. We followed up with Mega Transfers afterwards so they could rectify the situation (train the driver, ensure seats were installed before pickup, etc. and received quite a rude response). Save the money and hassle and take the subway or a taxi.

We celebrated our joint 70th birthdays by treating 10 of our friends to a weekend in London. We booked Mega Transfers up after see them on the Internet. Words almost fail me in my admiration for this Company. From the start before we even got to Paddington I had many text messages informing me where they were and exact directions to the pre- booked rank. They supplied an 8 seater and 4 seater both gleaming. The drivers were smart,attentive, courteous and informative in taking us to The Farmers Club. We re booked with them to take us to and bring us back from the theatre later in the day. We can't recommend them more highly. We know there are many other taxi firms but these are head and shoulders above the rest. Ignore their services at you peril.

Mega Transfers Ltd are extremely professional.
I've been using the MTL Chauffeurs service for last few years! The service has always been at very top level. All drivers are Extremely professional, polite and discreet. The drivers are always arrives at least 20min before scheduled pick-up time, so you never feel in a rush. The fleet was always very clean and new Model range - so the company is highly recommended for VIP Transfer.

The driver arrived 10 minutes before and I was notified of my driver details ahead of time. The car was nice and clean and the driver was polite and well dressed. He had a great understanding of London and the route. Due to the early morning booking we hit some traffic and the drivers advanced knowledge of London allowed him to take an alternative route and I arrived for my meeting in sufficient time.
Have used this company twice now and both times the experience has been flawless.
Would highly recommend.
