Starting and ending in the atmospheric and really historical George pub in Borough High Street, the local walking tour was a tour-de-force of performance and facts. The area and lives of ordinary folk came to life in a grisly, accurate portrayal of everyday local life...More

A great way for locals to learn about our area, as we are locals! and a great, and reasonably priced activity for guests! We are locals, but were fascinated to see and hear about our history! Although I think you could increase your prices! such...More

We loved this tour. It combines detailed and well told history with loads of fun and ends with a short performance at the George Inn, which is a great place to start and finish the tour. Our guide was brilliant.

Absolutely loved it! Really educational, but so much fun! You start off with a drink at the George Inn and continue on with pieces of history you most certainly don't learn in a classroom. Really entertaining, brilliant guide who left no filter on the true...More

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond

We booked directly with the website and paid the early bird price of £11.95 each. well worth it, and at least the money goes directly to this small venture. Highly reccommend
