Did this experience for my son’s 10th birthday with a group of 11, adults and children mix. Was Soo much fun everyone had the best time. 1 hour felt like such a long time. Staff friendly, welcoming and happy to help at any time. 100% worth every penny! :)

Great experience - first time doing anything VR, and was looking for something to do with my son as an inset day treat after a good school report. Was a little worried when I couldn’t initially find the location, but I needn’t have worried. After a quick call to check which door I needed to use (glass door to the right of the NISA!) we rang the bell and went down the stairs to the VR rooms. We picked our game and were soon set up and ready to go. The game was awesome - just puzzling enough to keep us challenged but without it being frustrating. There were parts that needed us to cooperate and parts that we needed to solve on our own. It took us just under an hour of climbing virtual walls, shooting virtual arrows and solving virtual puzzles. Great fun and I’d recommend it to anyone!

First time VR experience and it was really great. The staff were very helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable which made the experience even better. The choice of games was excellent and surprisingly interactive. The basement location was slightly stuffy and airless but did not detract from the fun.

Was looking for a birthday experience for my 9 year old and it didn't disappoint. It's located in the outskirts of Camden and I have to admit it didn't make me feel entirely comfortable (especially when we spotted an enormous pile of poo which most probably was human under the bus shelter right outside). Location aside we found it quite easily as there was a sign. The place is underground and windowless and very stuffy (plus with all the playing, it does smell of sweat). I did spot air cons that were not switched on so would recommend it is made cooler as we were sweating after our session and maybe some air fresheners for the BO smell. But that didn't distract us from the main event. The staff member who helped us was swift and we were keen to play together so loaded us into the age appropriate and family friendly games. The boys did get annoyed when he left and someone took over who wasn't as helpful as they felt they were left on their own, not knowing how to get out of a game and play something else (even with the instructions at the beginning as it does take some time to get used to). All in all we got the full hour playing games and I would say is plenty especially as my boys (9 and 11) did finish and were completely dazed after their first VR experience. A great experience and I would recommend.

The team made us really comfortable and we’re really helpful and the actual VR experience was great. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars, is because I did one in Florida that was better and had a massive warehouse walk around, including elevators, stairs and actual weapons that you physically pick up in real life. Definitely worth going though and we will certainly go back. It’s great fun and run by very nice friendly people.

I went for my sons 16th, never done anything like this but for our first experience I really give it top marks! Considering money is always quite tight, I thought that it was a reasonable cost for the hour. You also get a nice little discount if you book for the 2nd hr. We went for the Arcade VR and kinda thought wen we got there we’d just choose one game for the hour. But it was nice to be able to choose from the selection at any point you like throughout the booking! The communication in the headset was clear so even though I kept on forgetting which button to use, I was always guided through what to do. Looking forward to going back even though parking near the Camden site might have you driving round in circles for a minute to find a spot.

This place is ok. The games were good. We did a zombie shooting game then a halo type game. The room fitted all 3 of us and was ok. It's a lot smaller then the wembly vr place we went too. But the games were ok. The added hospital horror game was a bit naff. All in all a good place. Looks newish inside and equipment all worked fine. Only negative is it is about 15 min walk from Camden tube stn...as it rained we got a cab and it cost £10. When we finished it was a nice walk back. Would recommend.

This was our first time trying VR with my boyfriend, I bought this as a birthday gift for him and it was amazing! Great quality and great help from Robbie who assisted us throughout the game. The games were awesome and although my boyfriend was in the other room, it felt like he was right besides me this is how good the quality of the whole experience was. Thanks so much, it was great fun!

Totally enjoyed our Alice in Wonderland VR Escape Room. The venue was modern and clean and the staff were friendly (we had Dulcie and Kimmy help us). We came as a party of 6, myself, my husband, our 15yr old, our 10yr old, and two 70yr olds - the two 70yr olds struggled with the concept and the controls (even though there were only two buttons!), but the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed it and managed to escape with 10mins left (phew!). You aren't together in a room like some VR venues, instead you are in single rooms, which is weird but fine, the only downside was feeling like I spent most of the time in the corner of the room! 😂 Really enjoyable none the less, but maybe not for 70yr olds!

Went with my 9 year old son and we both loved it. We went for the Arcade package which has plenty of games for all levels and ages. We were both new to VR but the friendly and professional staff supported us throughout the experience. Very highly recommended.
