    Thank you Alastair!
My husband and I attended the intensive course and had a great time. The way Alastair mixed the psychology to make you feel comfortable on the dance floor was fantastic. Looking forward to doing more courses with him in the future

    Excellent Workshop!
An intensive day, but it goes by quickly with Alastair. He does an incredible job of explaining the background, basic moves, social combos, a lot of practice time, and all with a healthy injection of humour which just makes it incredibly fun! We even got some Rueda de Casino in, which was a nice surprise! Strongly recommend it, especially for the absolute beginners.

Effective, fun; great time and great progress
Amazing day! So much fun. I've never learnt so much in one day; it was as good as several months of weekly classes for beginners. I really enjoyed how Alistair mixed well-being, body-confidence, and learning. Great approach.

Alastair is not only a fantastic teacher and brilliant at putting everyone at ease, he’s also a hilarious comedian!
If you want to have a rapid introduction to Salsa, laugh a lot and make new friends, this day is for you. Thank you Alastair, you’re brilliant!

One tiny moan, (nothing to do with Alastair and the course) at the venue, Salsa Soho, I was not given the 50% discount for my lunch (trying to sort this out at the moment) and we were told we couldn’t eat upstairs even though it was empty and their coffee machine wasn’t working. Alastair hires the venue for his classes so I reiterate, this is not a complaint about Salsa Rapido.

Thanks for your kind words re the course. I'll re confirm the meal offer with the team at Salsa Soho in case I've said the wrong thing. I never publicise it in advance in case it changes. But thanks again and hopefully see you on the i2i Improvers courses on Sundays. Alastair

Had a great day learning the fundamentals of Salsa. I was made to feel welcome and at ease the moment I arrived. Alistair is a great instructor and keeps the instruction fun and easy to understand. This is a really enjoyable class that helps you build up a good level of confidence even if you are an absolute beginner (like me).

You learn skills and techniques without even realizing you are doing so. The class is a good size without being overcrowded so you feel comfortable but safe to ask for help if you need to.

I'd definitely recommend and will be attending other classes being run by Alistair.

Alistair was a brilliant teacher, and I haven't laughed like I did on this course for a long time. Feel after having never done salsa before that I have now leant the basics and I am looking forward to trying out my new moves! Definately going to book onto the next course. I went with my partner, but many people came alone - everyone was really friendly. Would highly recommend.

The course is a great introduction to Salsa. But has lots of transferrable ideas for other forms of dance too. The atmosphere is great because of a major emphasis on having fun. However it is intensive at the same time.
From my experience at least, it's difficult to imagine anyone coming away from the course without having become a better dancer and perhaps even a better human-being

I went to my ever first salsa class solo with Alastair, not knowing what to expect.
Alastair was friendly and made the class fun and less awkward to be around stranger and dance with them.
The group was well organised.
Step by step instructions for all and you always feel included and part of the crowd.
Our were 24 people mixed between couple and solo of all different ages which made the salsa experience fun.
It a great experience and I strongly recommend Alastair as an instructor and salsa class.
Definitely going back again :)

Really enjoyable day course, Alastair is a great teacher, knowledgeable and fun. We were complete beginners and finished the day having learnt all the basics and some more advanced moves and routines to practice. The pace of the teaching was just right. We have already booked on the next level up course in a month’s time and looking forward to practising hard in between. Highly recommended.

First of all I have to admit that I am a terrible dancer. That didn't stop Alistair in his quest of teaching salsa to all the people in world. It is a funny activity which allows you to meet new people spend a good time, have a great laugh. I even was able to learn some moves and steps. From the time I've attended this course my daily mantra is : "Left, Right Left, Pause. Right, Left, Right, Pause"
Thank you Alistair! Sorry my lovely dance partners!

Alastair is an amazing teacher. He puts you at ease and really allows you to learn. He explains things in such clear and fun way that it really sticks. I have been to other salsa classes and this is by far the best. At the end of the course I really could dance salsa! My partner and I even stayed and carried on dancing after the class was finished, as we were so inspired. Totally recommend it.

My wife and I participated in the one day course in January. Alastair was a knowledgeable, entertaining and charming teacher who enjoys sharing his vast experience. The group included five other couples and fortunately all them were fun to be with! You will learn the basics and slowly build up to some nice moves. All in all we loved it and would definitely recommend. Thanks Alastair!
